Steady
Contracts and specifications are signed, details confirmed, and council consent lodged — everything is locked in and ready to build.
During the time Council are processing your consent, a full build schedule will be created and issued to you so know what and when everything will happen during the construction of your new home.

Move
Your home is built efficiently and delivered on time and on budget — ready for you to move in and enjoy.
You will receive weekly updates on the progress of your home which will include photos and will be included into our weekly communication with all subtrades, not only that you will be issued with a login and password to our construction software so you will never be in doubt of what stage your build your home is and what is happening next.
