Ready - You have decided you are ready to purchase one of our ready to move in homes, decided to list your property and want to look at what we have available, have purchased your own section and wanting to build or you are a first home buy and ready to start your journey into a brand new property. This is the time to contact us!

Steady - After a thorough consultation with you, a session with an interior designer (if we are building for you) we have selected a plan to build or one of our ready to move in homes, agreed on your specifications and price, we are ready to sign a contract. Construction will then start with weekly updates and complete line of site of our build schedule so you are never wanting to any additional information but, remember we are here for you every step of the way and are only too happy to answer any questions that you have.

Move - We are ready to hand the keys over to your brand new home (this is the best part of what we do!). This is not goodbye as we pride ourselves on our after care service, we are only a phone call or an email away should you have any questions or queries once you have moved it.

At the helm of the company is Matt Faber with a background of commercial finance, construction, land development and project management. His first development was back in 2007 and has seen the ever changing landscape of the construction industry, his personal service, communication and attention to detail are unrivaled.
